Simple pricing for ambitious academies and programs

Most academies are live within a week of signing. We start with an onboarding session with your coaches to set up the academy and align on how Clutcher fits into your week. Then we run a 45-minute session directly with your players, where we show them how to get the most out of the app and make sure every player is signed in and ready to go before we leave the room.

Yes. Clutcher is the layer that keeps your existing methodology alive in the player's day. Your development framework, your performance language, your coaching principles - Clutcher is designed to carry what you already have, not replace it. Onboarding on the Academy tier includes a session to set up your club or academy's framework inside the app.

Coach value shows up at 50% adoption. Even with half the squad active, head coaches tell us players become noticeably more self-aware and turn up better prepared for player conversations - often within the first few weeks.

Fair concern. But with 20+ players in a squad, it’s hard for any coach to carry every player’s situation in their head from week to week. Clutcher helps prioritize: who is engaged, who may need follow-up, and what each player is working on - so limited one-to-one hours land where they actually matter.

Clutcher is built privacy-first. Data is hosted in the EU on Supabase (Frankfurt), fully GDPR-compliant, with right-to-access, right-to-delete, and data export built into every account. Clutcher is intended for players aged 13 and over, and we don't knowingly collect data from children under 13. Every club or academy signs a data-processing agreement before go-live.

Yes. Clutcher gives you a per-player record: evaluations from training and games, skill mappings compared over time, and weekly engagement with each player's own development plan. When auditors ask how every player is being followed up, the data is there.

You move up only when you outgrow the tier. The Team tier is priced per team, with unlimited players on each team. The Academy tier covers your whole club, up to 180 players. If you're between, we'll price a custom plan. No surprise fees mid-year if you add a new age group, we wait until renewal.

Yes. Many academies begin with one or two age groups before rolling out club-wide. We set up the license for those teams, run the onboarding session, and expand to the rest of the academy when you're ready. The annual license adapts to the scope you start with.
